Match candidate’s TIER with Company’s TIER.

3. MATCH

-Companies that have office in CITY candidate chose.

-Arrange by PIPELINES (See JOB MATCH CALCULATION). (FIRST Show companies from pipeline 1, then pipeline 2, then pipeline 3, then pipeline 4, then pipeline 5.)

-“IMPROVE”: for candidate who worked in company with: low salary (3), show companies with average salary (2). For candidate who worked in company with: average salary (2), show companies with high salary (1).

(RESULT: Show first.

Candidate: 10-19	COMPANY: 20-34
Candidate: 19-70	COMPANY: 35-40

TIER 2	SHOW RESULT
Candidate: 0-10	COMPANY: 0-14
Candidate: 11-19	COMPANY: 15-29
Candidate: 20-44	COMPANY: 30-40

TIER 3	SHOW RESULT
Candidate: 0-5	COMPANY: 0-5

Result: SO, if candidate is TIER 1, he will have SET of companies that are TIER 1.

If candidate is TIER 2, he will have SET of companies that are TIER 2.

If candidate is TIER 3, he will have SET of companies that are TIER 3.

(Example: Candidate: Harvard graduate. Result: GOOGLE, Indeed, Morgan Stanley….)

TIER 2 COMPANY

TIER 2 CANDIDATE

(Example: Candidate: Washington University graduate. Result: Rakuten, PWC, Accenture….)

TIER 3 COMPANY

TIER 3 CANDIDATE

(Example: Candidate: State University of UTAH graduate. Result: ISFnet, “UTAH SEO”…..)

PHASE 2:

Match candidate with specific organization, team, manager and job (THOSE THAT HAVE ACCOUNT AT MAYGRAPH).

Case: Company DID NOT POST JOB. Go to step “IMPROVE”. (In this case, candidate can click on WAITING LIST.)

Case: Company POSTED JOB. Show companies that match candidates’s expected salary.

Calculate MATCHING of specific organization, job, team, manager. (Organization Match, Team Match, Manager Match, Job Match)

PHASE 3.

Use FILTERS to get smaller result. Filters are preferences, and are not included in matching. For some searches, result can be maybe 100. So, with filters we get 10 results.
