Microresume is keyword based description of your experiences. Research shows, that recruiter spends 6.25 seconds on each resume. Recruiters scans resume and looks at company, university, skills and duration in each company.

If company or university is known to recruiter, you have change to be invited for interview. With this approach: many good candidates are missed: suppose you have degree from great, but know university (For example, Grand Ecole in France), you worked in startup with very smart peoplecc

 At MayGraph, we made very concise resume. For each university and company we provide basic information. So, it is possible to get whole picture of somebody profile in 1 minute.

4. How is MayGraph different from other personality tests?

At current personality tests, you apply to some company and take personality tests. Your result is: gPassh or gFail.h So, you might be rejected.

With MayGraph, you take test, and are matched with team that is similar to you. (You automatically passed.) We do not show you companies, that you are not right match. So, you can focus on companies where you are more likely to get hired.
