colleagues?
Do you feel there is not chemistry with your colleagues?
Have you had experience of going for interview and finding
out, that there is no chemistry between you and interviewers?
THEN, you need to take our Test and find out which
company/team you should work.
Personalities, Interests,
values and attitudes.
Corporate
Culture:
Culture, the environment you have created for employees in
your workplace, is made up of the values, beliefs, underlying assumptions,
attitudes, and behaviors shared by a group of people.
Culture is the behavior that results when a group arrives at
a set of generally unspoken and unwritten rules for working together.
Our test:
Purpose of our test
is for you to find your dream team, your dream colleagues!
Guideline:
Objective: Measuring chemistry in team. This is not math test, so there is NO right nor wrong answer. Being hardworking in 1 company would be good, but not good fit for other. Liking “new product development” is good for start-ups, but NOT for “IT user” firm (like bank.)
Be honest and write answer that reflect your TRUE feeling. So, you can be matched with right team/company. Read each statement carefully, but don’t spend too much time deciding on the answer.
This test is similar to choosing business suit: you just need to provide your true measures, otherwise your suit will not fit. This test is valid ONLY if you are honest in your answers. (Otherwise, you will be put in wrong team.)
Purpose of test:
To identify key attitudes, values and preferences of IT
professionals, so I can recommend you best company/ team. I will introduce you
to company where you work with Like-Minded
people. (People who have same values and goals.) Shared values make
bondage. Birds of the same feather flock
together.
